Our Services

• Based on Transcendental Meditation as taught by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.
• Must attend the first class to participate.
• A 10-week beginner course will begin on Thursday March 20th, 2025, at 7:00pm.
• This course will be at the Parkside Centre which is part of the YMCA on Durham Street in Sudbury.
• Free undergrown parking is available after 6:00pm.

For participants who are 50 and over, the Parkside Centre, a nonprofit organization, asks that you purchase a one-year membership, starting from the date of payment. $45.00 will provide you with access to the many activities available at the Parkside Centre.

For all other participants, a cash donation in the class room, based on your financial status, will be donated to the Parkside Centre

•  Based on the teachings of A Course in Miracles
• Must have completed the beginner's course to participate.
• A 10-week advanced course will begin on Wednesday March 19th, 2025, at 6:00pm.
